I'm really excited to attend the Coachella festival this year. The festival consist of 3 days and nights of fun filled music from many genre. The event takes place in April and because of such high demand I believe this is the first year the event will take place on 2 weekends instead of one. The first weekend will take place on April 13-15 and the second April 20-22.
This year's lineup ranges from Radiohead, Dr. Dre, Zeds Dead, Datsik, and the Black Keys to name a few. Not only is this one of the hottest (figurative and physically!) festivals, every year they find more ways to minimize their carbon footprint. They encourage carpooling and have a 10 for 1 recycling program where concert participants collect 10 empty bottles on the property and receive a sealed cold bottle of water. Help the earth and it will help you!
In addition, this concert happens to be one of the largest fashion runways. Rockin' some of the latest spring fashion is no easy task. Between the high temperatures during the day and the dropping chill at night, managing to look great without carrying so much stuff seems like a challenge (for me anyway). I'm looking forward to checking out some creative styles there, I'm told people come from all across the globe.
Eeeeeeeeee.. I can't wait. This bella is going to Coachella!
